Ahmed Nasef

Ahmed Nasef is a physician entrepreneur with a passion for medical technology innovation. Ahmed is a Co-Founder and Executive Chairman of Mideast Scientific Inc., a medical device and healthcare research enterprise whose mission is to develop and bring disruptive medical solutions to the Middle Eastern market. Ahmed earned his MD degree from Cairo, Egypt and holds an MBA in healthcare management and technology commercialization from York University, Schulich School of Business. Ahmed manages Medventions, a medical device innovation and commercialization training program at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre. Medventions is a dynamic hub that paves the way for novel medtech-gadgets and provides advanced training to the next generation of Canadian medtech entrepreneurs and industry professionals. ​
