H2i launches the Young Professional Executive Entrepreneurs (YPE2) Africa Program, a new initiative designed to support Level 3 and Level 4 HENT ventures as they enter a scaling stage. As ventures gain traction, founders face more complex decisions around partnerships, investment, regulation, and market growth. YPE2 creates space for founders to exchange insight, discuss challenges, and learn from peers building health ventures across Africa in a virtual setting that connects founders across borders and across the continent.

Led by H2i Senior Coordinating Mentor Fraidianie Sévigné, the program runs in a closed, by-invitation format. Each session brings together a small cohort of six founders and invited industry leaders in a focused roundtable setting. Founders present short, topic-based pitches tied to their current priorities, followed by open discussion and guidance from experienced industry experts.

The first YPE2 session will take place on March 17, 2026 and will be co-hosted by Dayo Olakulehin, a Nigerian-Canadian physician, inventor, and strategic consultant working on scalable health innovation solutions across emerging markets.

We look forward to the CEO roundtable exchanges and the valuable connections created between the founders!
