Patrick Morselli

Patrick Morselli is a technology operator who works with founders in digital health, longevity, and mental and behavioral health. He was most recently Chief Operating Officer of Resilience Lab, a New York mental health platform he joined at Seed and led through its acquisition by Cerebral in 2025. Earlier in his career he was leading global expansion at Uber and WeWork. He now works with venture and private-equity-backed health companies, focusing on go-to-market and AI-enablement. Patrick has worked with 40+ founding teams and is an angel investor in 80+ startups. He is based in London, works primarily in the United States market, and has operated across Europe, Latin America, and the Middle East in four languages.
