The Young Professional Executive Entrepreneurs (YPE2) Africa Program is a new H2i initiative launched in 2025–2026 to support HENT ventures entering a scaling stage. The program is designed for Level 3 and Level 4 ventures in the H2i portfolio. At this stage, founders face new decisions around partnerships, market growth, regulation, and investment. YPE2 creates space for founders to discuss these issues with peers and experienced industry leaders.
The program brings together a small cohort of invited founders in a closed virtual setting where participants share similar growth challenges. The goal is to create a trusted environment where founders can exchange honest insight, raise current questions, and learn from others building and scaling health ventures across Africa.
YPE2 is delivered through focused roundtable sessions facilitated by H2i mentors. Founders give short presentations on topics tied to their growth priorities, followed by open discussions, guided by invited industry experts. These sessions help founders test ideas, gain practical advice from each other, and strengthen connections that support continued growth and strategic partnerships.
