Aileen Gracias

Aileen Gracias is a Senior Associate at CCRM Enterprises where she leads sourcing, diligence and portfolio management. She leverages her scientific and business acumen to support early-stage advanced therapy companies. Previously, she worked for medtech, biotech, and healthcare consulting companies. Aileen obtained her PhD in Medical Science from Karolinska Institute, Sweden and completed a Post Doctoral Fellowship at the University of Toronto.
