Helen Edwards

Helen Edwards RN, BA, MN Director, Clinical Informatics and Technology Assisted Programs, Hospital for Sick Children. Ms. Edwards has worked at SickKids for more than 35 years, in a variety of roles and describes the focus of her current role as providing leadership and influencing clinical transformation through the adoption of clinical information systems/technologies. In addition she is the director of the Ontario Poison Centre, Telemedicine and Motherisk programs, where enabling-technologies extend the reach of specialty care. Her current major focus is the implementation of the Epic EMR – due to go live on June 2, 2018
