PAUL CHIPPERTON, is a 25-year veteran of the life science start-up sector, currently serving as CEO & President of Insight Medbotics Inc. Prior to this role, he was the co-founder and CEO of Profound Medical Inc. (NASDAQ:PROF), an award-winning medical device company specializing in prostate cancer treatment. Under his leadership, Profound Medical achieved two FDA clearances and became a recognized leader in innovative healthcare solutions. In addition to his executive responsibilities, Paul is an active educator, speaker, and consultant. He blends his day-to-day leadership duties with evening and weekend lectures on strategic innovation, venture capital finance, and marketing for both federal and provincial organizations.
