BioAnalix is developing a rapid microfluidic genetic diagnostic platform focused on non-invasive prenatal testing (NIPT). Our system integrates sample preparation, isothermal DNA amplification, and real-time detection into a portable, single-use microfluidic cartridge. This innovation enables decentralized, cost-effective genetic screening in under 30 minutes, without the need for centralized labs or complex instruments. We aim to bring point-of-care precision diagnostics to underserved and remote populations. While our initial focus is on prenatal screening for common chromosomal abnormalities, our platform is designed to be modular and scalable, enabling future expansion into other applications such as:
- PWS (Prader-Willi Syndrome) early detection,
- rare disease diagnostics, and infectious disease panels.
