A professional sales executive ready for a new challenge as a sales and marketing mentor.

From 1996 to 2023, Victor held various positions, starting as a salesman and eventually becoming the Canadian Sales Manager at Artificial Intelligence In Medicine Inc., now Inspirata Inc. Prior to that, he worked in sales, marketing, and management roles with Procter and Gamble, Baxter Laboratories, Dun & Bradstreet, and Silico Computer Systems.

In 1996, Victor committed to introducing Artificial Intelligence to the cancer registry, research, and prevention field. As part of a small private management team, he contributed to growing Artificial Intelligence In Medicine Inc. into the leading player in cancer registry automation. This success led to a buyout offer by Inspirata Inc. in 2018.

Victor’s primary client was the National Cancer Institute, which chose their AI software to handle 45% of cancer diagnoses in the United States. Their software processes over 30,000,000 cancer reports annually from 571 hospitals, autonomously. This AI/NLP engine serves as the basis for a range of oncology-specific product offerings.

Victor holds a B.A. in History and International Relations from the University of Toronto (1971).

He is affiliated with several organizations including the North American Association of Central Cancer Registries, the National Cancer Registrars Association, the University of Toronto Entrepreneurship Community, the University of Toronto Arts and Science Internship Program, and the De La Salle College Alumni.
