Dr. Alvira Macanovic has 20+ years of experience in successfully commercializing medical devices and pharmaceuticals. Throughout her career, she has played pivotal roles in bringing over 60 medical products to market. Her experience spans across various domains including research and development, regulatory affairs, quality assurance, clinical development, engineering, business development, sales, marketing, and intellectual property management.

Currently, as the founder of her consulting business, she provides guidance to startups, aiding them in navigating the complex landscape of commercializing their technologies. Her consultancy services encompass comprehensive support in business strategy, regulatory compliance, R&D strategies, clinical trial management, manufacturing optimization, distribution and marketing tactics, reimbursement strategies, and intellectual property protection.

Prior to establishing her consultancy, Dr. Macanovic served as the President and CEO of a publicly traded medical device company, where she demonstrated leadership in driving strategic initiatives and achieving business objectives.

Dr. Macanovic holds a Bachelor of Science degree from McGill University and earned her Ph.D. from Concordia University.
