Annette Kramer

Annette has helped businesses grow across sectors and geographies for more than two decades.  In addition to being involved in the early Web in New York, London and Estonia, she has also worked with large companies such as Pepsi and not-for-profits such as the Rockefeller Foundation.  Most recently, she has designed programmes for InnovateUK to support researchers across disciplines build businesses for their research across Africa.

Before entering the business world, Annette earned a PhD at Brown University in drama and taught there for five years.  Since then, she has helped executives with leadership and problem-solving, often using communication both as a tool and as an output.  This holistic approach has served businesses continuously aligning what they do with what they want to achieve.
