Dr. McGraw has a breadth of experience in management consulting from start up to Fortune 50 companies, senior executive team leadership in public and private companies (500-6000 employees) as well as founder of medical device company in graduate school.  John focuses on scientific commercialization that encompass all aspects of an organization in medical research in laboratory and imaging diagnostics, medical devices and therapeutic drugs. John was SVP of CML HealthCare, (TSX: CLC sold for $1.2B to LifeLabs), SVP Sales, Marketing and New Business at LifeLabs and VP operations Novadaq (NASDAQ: NDVQ, Acquired by Stryker September 2017, $900M).  He has been responsible for operations, strategy (corporate to individual products), marketing, sales (B2C, B2B and B2G), in-licensing and led acquisitions. He is currently the CEO of Izotropic (www.izocorp.com), a public MedTech company commercializing IzoView, an advanced three-dimensional computed tomography (3D CT) breast imaging platform for the more accurate detection and diagnosis of breast cancer.

John completed his graduate work at UBC specializing in Neuroscience and is co-inventor on US patents for medical devices.
