Dr. Lori-Ann Christie

Lori-Ann Christie has 20+ years’ experience in academic and industrial R&D. In 2021, she joined Visionary Ventures where she identifies investment opportunities, conducts diligence, and provides guidance to portfolio companies. Previously, she was Director, Eye Care Research at Allergan/AbbVie. She received her B.Sc. from McGill University and her Ph.D. from University of Toronto. She is an expert in preclinical pharmacology and has authored publications on retinal disease models, age-related neurodegeneration, and stem cell therapeutics.
