James Teaff

James Teaff, President and General Manager of Baxter Canada. He joined Baxter 15 years ago in a regional commercial and operation position for Latin America, then moved to Colombia to run the Hospital and Bioscience business. Nine years ago he moved to Canada where after running several business units, he became General Manager in 2020.

Baxter has a significant presence in Canada with a commercial, manufacturing, technical service and compounding footprint with over 1,200 employees. Prior to joining Baxter, James had several positions at Styker including GM of South America and as Director of Corporate Solutions managing the commercial relationship with the largest hospital groups in the US. Previous to entering the Healthcare industry, James came from the consumer packaged goods industry where he worked on both the agency and product management side.

James has a BA in Government from UT Austin, and an MBA from The University of Loyola, Chicago.
