Varun Kulkarni

Varun is a Product Lead at Microsoft, heading the Copilot and AI-native ecosystem experiences portfolio for global users. Previously, he served as a Product Lead for Cisco’s Webex Collaboration portfolio, focusing on AI/ML initiatives for global technology markets. Before Cisco, Varun was a Group Product Manager at Deloitte, where he supervised multiple cross-functional teams delivering large-scale information systems AI modernization and led the Emerging Technology AI innovation portfolio.

He holds an MBA from the University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Management and an MS from Northwestern University. Varun has launched multiple 0-to-1 AI products used by millions worldwide and brings 10+ years of experience in the tech sector. He is a Forbes Technology Council member and an AI Startup Advisory Board Member at Northwestern University and the University of Washington.
