Varun Kulkarni

Varun is a Senior Product Manager at Microsoft, leading their AI customer experiences product portfolio for global B2B enterprises. Previously, at Cisco Systems Inc., Varun was a Product Lead for the B2B and B2C Webex product portfolio, focusing on AI/ML (including GenAI), Digital Transformation, and Cloud Modernization for global technology markets. Varun also managed executive engagements and customer interactions for these products. Before Cisco, Varun worked as a Senior Consultant at Deloitte for 5.5 years, supervising multiple cross-functional teams and leading the Emerging Technology Innovation Portfolio to drive strategy, go-to-market, product growth, product management, and venture capital efforts across the IT and healthcare sectors.

Varun holds an MBA from the University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Management and an MS degree from Northwestern University. He has launched multiple 0-1 global products for millions of end-users and has over 9 years of experience in the technology, healthcare, and consumer services sectors, specializing in AI/ML, cloud, and digital transformation solutions.

Varun is also a published author, a startup advisor and mentor for the University of Washington, and an advisory board member at Northwestern University. He serves as an industry expert judge in various tech and startup competitions and is a sought-after speaker at global tech conferences.
