Professional Services Vouchers | Fall 2025 (HENT Only)
H2i’s Professional Services aim to help existing clients pay for professional services related to their startup ventures. This is your chance to seek out needed services from a lawyer, engineer, designer or other service providers and have H2i cover some or all of the cost.
Applications for Fall 2025 will be open from December 1st until December 8th, 5:00 PM ET.
PLEASE NOTE: The Fall 2025 Professional Services Vouchers round is open to H2i–HENT ventures only (not domestic ventures). The maximum amount that can be requested is CAD$3,000.
Please note, for international ventures, wire transfer procedures vary according to country and bank. It can take up to 6 months for some ventures to receive funds once selected.

Provide three components:

- Rationale for your requested funding.
- A current H2i 1-pager (click here if you need a blank template.) Quote or invoice from your professional service provider.
Application components are provided through an application form, which is linked at the bottom of this page during the application period.
Companies will be selected based on their funding needs, funds requested – max CAD$3000; active engagement with H2i and impact of the funded activity request.
This program is for ventures who are a part of H2i HENT programming. Participation in Accelera sessions is a requirement. Ventures who have attended over 50% of their Accelera sessions for the past 12 months (November 2024 to November 2025) or since their formal intake with H2i (if less than 12 months) will be eligible to apply for H2i’s professional service vouchers.
Eligibility will be verified after applications close.
Screening Process: After the application closes, we will verify your eligibility. Then, the H2i lead mentors will review your application, discuss it, and make a final decision.

- Attendance at Accelera sessions (mandatory eligibility)
- Need for funding
- Vendor Reputation
- The urgency of funding for your venture’s development
We aim to provide opportunities for all applicants; however, with a limited amount of funding available, this is a highly competitive program.
