Empower HER Initiative is a social enterprise that works to advance menstrual equity through provision of affordable and sustainable menstrual health products and access to real time menstrual health information through technology.
Our pads are soft, biodegradable, made from plant-based materials which are toxic free and can last up to 3 years. Through our menstrual health information platform, we provide access to real-time information on menstrual and reproductive health on the web page and use chatbots to increase access to the right information on menstrual health.
Over the years, we have directly transformed the lives of over 15,037 families through menstrual health education, provision of affordable menstrual health products and employment opportunities in our production units.
