Kosmotive
Kosmotive is a rapidly growing Rwandan social enterprise transforming menstrual and maternal health across East and Central Africa. Through locally manufactured, reusable sanitary pads and maternal health kits, combined with a flexible payment system, Kosmotive makes dignity-centred care accessible to low-income women and girls. Our model integrates health education, women-led production, and community-based distribution, enabling scalable impact in areas where menstrual health remains a major barrier to education, work, and gender equality. With early traction in Rwanda and an expansion roadmap into the DRC, Central Africa and Kenya, Kosmotive is building a sustainable, inclusive health ecosystem that supports both women’s empowerment and environmental resilience.
