MuscleGuard+ is a digital health platform that combines artificial intelligence with clinical nutrition science to support individuals using GLP-1 medications in preserving muscle and maintaining long-term health. The app provides personalized, adaptive guidance that integrates high-protein nutrition, resistance training, and behavioural support, adjusted to each user’s progress and side effects.
Using user-reported information and biometric inputs, MuscleGuard+ generates actionable, real-time insights to support both patients and clinicians in managing nutrition, physical activity, and metabolic stability. Built on an evidence-based digital nutrition framework, the platform translates clinical best practices into a scalable and accessible solution for sustainable weight and muscle health.
