Rapharm Uganda Ltd is a National Drug Authority-licensed pharmaceutical care company that personalises pharmacare around each patient. We connect prescriptions and medication histories with pharmacist-led safety reviews, counselling, medicine fulfilment, refill coordination and adherence follow-up, helping patients access and use medicines safely, conveniently and consistently.
Through RaphaOS, electric last-mile delivery and drone-tested logistics, we are building a connected pharmaceutical care ecosystem for Africa, while beginning the integration of AI to strengthen medication-safety screening, identify interaction, duplication and dosing risks, support patient risk stratification and enable more personalised follow-up—with every clinical recommendation reviewed and validated by a licensed pharmacist.
Since 2024, Rapharm has served more than 50,000 people, processed over 1,200 digital prescriptions, reached users from 86 countries and developed delivery experience across Uganda, Kenya, the Democratic Republic of Congo and South Sudan.
