Re:Pair Genomics
One of the greatest struggles in gene therapy development is the uncontrolled expression of the drug in off-targeted cell types and tissues, resulting in toxicity in patients. Re:Pair Genomics developed an AI software to design customized promoters, a component in gene therapies and gene editing tools that target specific cell types within the tissue of interest. Instead of spending months to years validating manually designed promoters, our promoters can save scientists months of time and money, providing them with accurate promoter designs to reduce off-targeting effects.
