Xatoms is a Toronto-based water purification company tackling the global water crisis impacting 2 billion people. Leveraging AI and quantum chemistry, we have developed eight patented photocatalysts capable of eliminating 47 different contaminants, including bacteria, viruses, pesticides, and heavy metals, significantly reducing the prevalence of waterborne diseases. Unlike traditional UV-activated photocatalysts, Xatoms’ materials operate under visible light and are 2x cheaper and 4× more efficient than existing solutions. With an 850,000+ molecule dataset and an AI-driven approach that accelerates material discovery by 40×, we continuously discover more cost-effective and efficient materials – starting with water purification.
